The 2009 “8” Chardonnay took on a new identity this year, as we developed a long term relationship with the Lone Oaks Vineyard in the Russian River Valley of Sonoma County. The fruit from this vineyard is a great complement to the Estate grown Chardonnay.

This beautiful wine exhibits an intense bouquet of ripe lemon, wild honey and toasted almonds, intermixed with notes of chamomile and crushed stones. Medium bodied, this bottling has great balance, displaying zest, mineral background and a smooth finish.
